Thomas Schläpfer

Thomas Schläpfer is the current Leiter Produktionslinie CCA EC flach at maxon, overseeing the production of CCA EC flat motors with a team of 90. Previously, they served as the Head of Surface Treatment and Head of Production at ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse, managing various production processes and implementing strategic initiatives. Before that, they were the CEO of Fridolin Druck und Medien Walter Feldmann AG, leading a team of 70 and ensuring the company's growth and communication. Their career began at H. GOESSLER AG, where they held roles in sales management. Thomas holds an Executive MBA and a diploma as a Polygraphic Engineer.
