Bikram Anand

Bikram Anand has worked in the staffing and recruitment industry since 2009. Bikram began their career as an IT Recruiter for Sayvaa Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in 2009. In 2011, they moved to Globalhunt India as a Sr. Consultant, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closure for requirements in various domains in IT and Non-IT (Sales). In 2012, they joined Head Field Solutions (US Staffing Company) as a Sr. Technical IT Recruiter, where they assisted with Account Managers on the Client's requirements and recruited IT Professionals through Job Boards. In 2015, they moved to Net2Source Inc. as a Sr. Technical IT Recruiter, where they helped clients hire talent in IT, Engineering, Life Care (Healthcare/Pharma & Life-Sciences) and Professional Services domain. In 2017, they joined AgreeYa Solutions as a Senior Executive IR, International Resourcing, where they were a global provider of Services, Software and Solutions focused at developing and implementing ideas that have the potential to stimulate growth for the clients. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Maxonic as a Team Lead, where they provided consulting and permanent staff augmentation services to companies across North America, Europe, and India.

Bikram Anand received a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
