David M.

David M. began their career in 2003 as a Recreation Coordinator for California State Parks Carpinteria. In this role, they provided public routine contact work, staff park entrance stations, provided information to the public, kept Ranger & park facilities clean and orderly, and helped maintained Rangers daily park requirements that included guest check-in and registration, park rules and regulation. In 2014, they moved to Aerotek as an Engineering Recruiter VMS, specializing in technical staffing. David provided engineering and technical professionals in many industries with a focus on: Engineering, Software, Hardware, Data implementation and Technical business operations. David was responsible for full lifecycle recruitment methods in a pure VMS environment. In 2015, they joined Maxonic, Inc. as a Director Workforce Delivery. David was responsible for business development, recruiter management, client relationships, and compliance. David also served as the lead POC for human resources and managed Service Providers (MSP) to staff and manage contingent workforces.

David M. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Recreation Management from California State University - East Bay between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained General Education from Cuesta College between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Course completion EMT (Emergency medical technician) in May 2007.
