Saurav KP has worked in the recruitment field since 2011. Saurav began their career at Talent Hunt as a Recruitment Specialist. In 2014, they joined Apptad Technologies as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for leading hiring for mission critical requirements. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at National Systems America L.P. as a Recruitment Specialist, where they were involved in full life-cycle recruiting activities and responsible for proactively sourcing professional candidates for client requirements. Since 2019, they have been employed at Maxonic, Inc. as a Recruitment Specialist, where they provide contract, contract-to-hire and permanent staff augmentation services to Fortune 500 companies across the country.

Saurav KP attended the University of San Diego from 2015 to 2015, where they earned a Data Analytics and Visualization Certificate in Data Analytics. Prior to that, they attended West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering.
