Yana is currently engaged in engineering team project management at PT Max Power Indonesia, holding positions as a Mechanical & Electrical Designer and Project Development Technical Support since 2013 and 2019, respectively. They also serve as a Construction Site Manager at MAXpower Group since 2022. Previously, Yana worked as a Senior VAC Drafter at PT. Sapta Pusaka Nusantara from 1997 to 2003, and as a Senior Mechanical & Piping Drafter at PT. Klaras Pusaka Internasional from 2008 to 2013. Yana began their technical education at STM Negeri 5 Bandung, earning a degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from 1993 to 1996.
