Tom Masters

Tom Masters has extensive experience in technology management and analytics, currently serving as a Photographer at MaxPreps since October 2019. Previously, Tom held senior roles at various organizations, including Senior IT Manager at Sompo International and Director of Information Management & Analytics at Ally Financial Inc. Tom also served as Senior Vice President of IT at Zenith Insurance Company, overseeing business intelligence and data management. Earlier experience includes managing a Data Management and Business Intelligence team at Bank of America, where Tom contributed significantly to operational stability and project recovery. Additional roles encompass being a Systems Executive at Royal & SunAlliance and Vice President at Guy Carpenter & Co. Tom started a career in insurance with positions at Royal Insurance and Continental Insurance, along with an early background as a middle school teacher and high school basketball coach. Educational achievements include an MBA from UNC Charlotte and a BA in Biology from Boston University.
