Balaji Jayakumar

Balaji Jayakumar's work experience includes founding the company MaxQ in 2012, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer. Balaji also worked for MetCel as the Director of Strategy and Operations from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Oklahoma State University as a Graduate Research Associate and Teaching Assistant from 2008 to 2015. In this role, they focused on materials research and collaborated with National Labs, DARPA, and industry partners. Balaji has published papers and presented at conferences on this research.

Balaji Jayakumar has a strong education history in the field of engineering. Starting in 2002, they attended Anna University, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering in 2006. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Oklahoma State University. Building on their previous education, Balaji then went on to obtain their Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies in 2014.
