Max Mages started their work experience in 2013 at KATEK GROUP as an Ausbildung Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme. Max then became a Reparaturtechniker from February 2015 to September 2016. In 2018, Max joined VISARD as a Technology consultant & Business development, where they introduced VR/AR possibilities in the machine manufacturing industry. Max worked there until August 2019. Since 2020, Max has been working at MaxSolar GmbH, starting as a Key-Account-Manager O&M from December 2020 to May 2022. Max then became a Key-Account-Manager from May 2022 to November 2022 and again from November 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Max is working as a Sales Team Lead at MaxSolar GmbH.
Max Mages completed their education from 2016 to 2020 at Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences. During this time, they studied Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, although they did not earn a specific degree. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, Max attended Staatl. Berufsschule I Traunstein, where they pursued an Ausbildung in Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme.
