Leandro Aguiar has a diverse work experience in the field of embedded systems and hardware development. Leandro began their career as an intern at Cormmed/Winner, where they developed firmware for micro-controlled systems and designed prototypes of electronic circuits. Leandro then joined Mestria Automation and Technology as an Embedded Systems Developer, where they analyzed project requirements, designed electronic circuits, and developed firmware and software for embedded systems. At LogPyx, Leandro served as a Senior R&D Analyst, managing a team and overseeing hardware and firmware development. Leandro also worked at Metrum Measurement and Tests Equipment as an Embedded Systems Analyst, where they analyzed project requirements, designed electronic circuits, routed printed circuit boards, and developed firmware and software. Leandro later joined MSX International as a Hardware & Navigation Specialist and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Hardware Specialist, gaining expertise in hardware development. Currently, they are working at Maxtrack as an Embedded Systems Analyst, focusing on developing telemetry systems, firmware, and software for embedded systems. Leandro Aguiar pursued their undergraduate education from 2011 to 2017 at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Systems Engineering. In 2020, they attended the Graduate Program at IETEC - Instituto de Educação Tecnológica, specializing in Project Management.
During their education, Leandro also engaged in research activities as a Research Assistant in IoT Security at Howard University in 2016. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, they studied as an International Student at Bemidji State University, focusing on Computer Science. Leandro's education journey started in 2008 at Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electronics, completing it in 2010.
