Inna Gorb

Inna Gorb is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Recruitment, Training, and Development at MAXUS International Corp. Since 2015, Inna has been responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the complete cycle of recruitment, and fostering corporate culture. Prior to this role, Inna held key positions such as Director of Personnel at ООО «Полигон» and Head of Personnel at ООО «Фактор-Друк», contributing to organizational structure development and employee training programs. Inna holds a Specialist degree in Philology from ХНУ им.В.Н.Каразина and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute."
