Andrew Posner has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Andrew is currently the Senior Vice President/Managing Director at Maxwell-Kates, Inc. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Management Executive at AKAM Associates and Head Of Operations at Newcastle Realty Services. Andrew also has experience as a Regional Manager at C&C Apartment Management and Managing Director of Property Management at HFZ Capital Group. Andrew has extensive experience in overseeing property management teams and managing high-end residential properties in New York City.

Andrew Posner attended Pascack Hills High School from 1984 to 1987, where they did not earn a degree or major in any specific field of study. Afterward, they enrolled in Hofstra University from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew Posner acquired the Real Estate Broker certification from the New York State in March 2000. Andrew also obtained the TaCCs- Low Income Tax Credit certification in December 2015, although the institution providing this certification is unspecified.
