Based at Maxwell Chambers Suites in Singapore, Maxwell Mediators is founded by 3 international mediators who specialise in mediating online or in-person complex, cross-border disputes in the Asia Pacific. Geoff Sharp, Bill Wood and Lim Tat are all independently ranked as leading mediators in their home jurisdictions and all three are ranked as Who's Who Legal Global Leaders. 

With over 50 years of combined mediation experience, they have won awards, settled thousands of complex mediations and been trusted by many of the world's leading law firms, building an unmatched track record of resolving high-stakes disputes. Since launching in June 2019, they have mediated $100’s of millions of claims involving parties from virtually every country in the Asia Pacific.

During the pandemic our mediators have been resolving high stakes cross border disputes online, keeping commerce moving when courts have been restricted and they have been thought leaders throughout the rapidly developing practice of online mediation.

Now that jurisdictions in which we practice open up, our mediators are once again fully available for in-person mediation.
