David Lyle

David Lyle is the current Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary at Maxwell Technologies. Prior to this, they were the Director of Finance at Broadcom Inc. from January 2004 to December 2005. David has also served as the CFO at Surgalign, Airgain, and Maxwell Technologies, and as the Finance Manager at Intel. David Lyle began their career in corporate banking at Societe Generale in 1990 and has been working in finance ever since.

David Lyle has a MBA from Arizona State University, a MIM from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a B.S. in Finance from University of Southern California.

David Lyle reports to Franz J. Fink, President & CEO. They are on a team with Stefan Dosch - Vice President of Ultracapacitor Sales, EMEA, Everett E. Wiggins III - Vice President of Operations, and Thibault Kassir - Vice President and General Manager, Energy Storage Products.
