Brian L. Simons

Brian L. Simons, CFA, currently serves as President of Maxwell since January 2020, where the company offers technology-powered solutions for the mortgage loan process. In addition, Brian co-founded and serves on the board of Havenly, which invests in residential mortgage lenders and related technology. Previously, Brian founded and held the position of President at Altavera Mortgage Services from October 2012 to July 2019, a licensed third-party mortgage fulfillment company. Brian also held leadership roles as COO & EVP at Urban Lending Solutions, Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, and Vice President at Credit Suisse and FirstCity Capital Corp. Brian earned a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Baylor University.
