James Smith

James Smith, CMB®, is the Chief Lending Officer at Maxwell, a position held since 2022. They previously served in various leadership roles within Maxwell, including Vice President and Senior Vice President of Diligence. With a diverse career in lending and finance, James has held key positions at companies like Clear Capital, Hansen Quality, and Southern Pacific Funding Corporation. James is also the Owner and Founder of The Z Group Solutions LLC since 2020. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon in 1987.
