Michael Salichs

Michael Salichs is currently the Vice President of Expansion & Strategic Partnerships at Maxwell. Michael joined Maxwell's team in 2023 after the acquisition of their previous company, Revvin. At Maxwell, they focus on leading strategic partnership initiatives and expanding revenue tied to those programs.

Prior to their role at Maxwell, Salichs was the Co-Founder, President, and COO of Revvin (formerly MortgageHippo). Michael successfully built the company from an idea stage to reaching product-market fit, securing $7 million in VC funding, and generating millions in annual recurring revenue. Their company provided software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to mortgage lenders, credit unions, and banks.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Salichs was the Founder and President of CU Capital Group, LLC. Michael held this position from 2010 to 2023.

Earlier in their career, Salichs worked as an Associate Attorney at Salichs Pou & Associates, P.S.C. Their responsibilities included strategizing and analyzing civil litigation cases, preparing legal documents, and working on real estate transactions.

Michael Salichs earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Finance from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2001 to 2005. Michael then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras from 2005 to 2008.
