Steve Warjanka

Steve Warjanka has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Steve is currently the Head of Business Development - Due Diligence at Maxwell since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at RBC Capital Markets, where they specialized in Mortgage Loan Repo Financing. Steve also held a Director position at Hudson Advisors L.P., where they oversaw a portfolio of REO Assets and worked closely with the property manager. Steve was a Managing Director at Hexagon Securities for a brief period in 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked at UBS Investment Bank as a Director and Associate Director, focusing on ABS Banking and Contract Finance. Steve also worked as a Vice President at Credit Suisse and DLJ, where they developed and managed relationships with mortgage finance companies. Steve began their career as a Ratings Specialist at Standard & Poor's, where they assigned ratings to MBS and ABS transactions.

Steve Warjanka earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Providence College between 1991 and 1995. Steve then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Finance at Providence College from 1995 to 1997.
