Ashlee Smith

Ashlee Smith, CAM, is a highly experienced Regional Property Manager currently at MAXX Properties since August 2023. Prior roles include Multi-Region/State Team Lead for Portfolio Management at Atlas Real Estate, overseeing multi-family communities in five regions across two states, and serving as a Portfolio Manager responsible for six communities. Ashlee's prior experience also includes managing single-family rental communities at Portico PM, as well as various Community Manager positions at Avenue5 Residential, Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc., Cortland, and BH Management Services, LLC, where significant achievements in team leadership, resident retention, and property performance were attained. Educational qualifications include attendance at The University of Texas at Arlington and Tarrant County College, culminating in a high school diploma from Mansfield Summit High School.
