Ruben de Looff

Ruben de Looff has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ruben started their career at Rabobank as a Rabobank Young Professional Trainee in February 2013 and worked as an Analyst from September 2014 to August 2015. In September 2015, they joined Maxxton as a Business Consultant until February 2017. Ruben then served as the COO of Maxxton from March 2017 to December 2020, before becoming the CEO in December 2020. In June 2019, Ruben joined Hospitality Cloud Solutions Group as an Executive Board Member. Overall, Ruben has demonstrated their expertise in the financial and hospitality industries through their leadership positions and analytical roles.

Ruben de Looff has an extensive education history, mainly focusing on business and management studies. Ruben first attended CSW Middelburg from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a VWO degree in Economics. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, which they completed from 2006 to 2009.

Continuing their education at the same institution, Ruben then pursued a Master of Science in Finance & Investments from 2009 to 2010. Ruben further expanded their knowledge in the field by completing a Master of Science in Organizational Change and Consulting from 2010 to 2011, again at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

In addition to their academic degrees, Ruben has also obtained several certifications to enhance their leadership and management skills. In 2016, they completed a certification in Agile Management from Nyenrode Business University. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Essentials of Leadership in 2017, Effective Negotiating Skills in 2018, and The Challenge of Leadership in 2023, all from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
