Rucha Kaple

Rucha Kaple's work experience includes a role as a Senior HR Executive at Maxxton starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Huntsmen & Barons, where they were a Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, handling multiple stakeholders and positions, sourcing candidates from various platforms, and maintaining daily trackers. Rucha also worked as an HR IT Recruiter, specializing in recruitment across various levels and developing a pool of qualified candidates.

Rucha Kaple completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Human Resource from Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Engineering & Technology in Pune from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Msc in Environmental Science from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University in Amravati between 2018 and 2020. Rucha also holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, and Zoology from Shri Shivaji Science College, which they completed from 2015 to 2018.

Ltd. The certifications were obtained primarily in March and April 2023.
