Steven Sies

Steven Sies has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steven currently works as a Product Owner at Maxxton since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Business Analyst at Damen Naval from October 2021 to January 2023.

From September 2019 to September 2021, Steven worked as a Business Analyst IPM at Cognizant. Steven was responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, process improvements, and stakeholder management for a Dutch bank project. In addition, they worked as a Junior Business Process Management Consultant in the Integrated Process Management (IPM) practice, assisting organizations with their digital transformation using Pega.

Before joining Cognizant, Steven had experience at ONE15 as an ONE'r - Interim Consultant from February 2018 to April 2019. ONE15 is known for their unique operating model based on Holacracy, and Steven actively contributed to the company's principles and knowledge sharing. Steven also wrote their master's thesis in collaboration with ONE15, focusing on the influence of Holacracy on organizational identification.

Steven briefly worked as a Process Analyst a.i. at Neptune Energy from July 2018 to November 2018. Steven also gained experience at Coca-Cola European Partners as a Customer & Sales Support Employee for two months in 2017, where they handled outlet contracts and prepared bonus invoices.

Additionally, Steven has interned at CP-FM as a Strategic Controlling Thesis Intern from February 2016 to July 2016. Steven also interned at Eneco as a Stagair Business Control Commercie from September 2014 to January 2015.

Steven Sies has a diverse education history. Steven began their education at Christelijke Scholengemeenschap Walcheren, where they obtained a Havo degree from 2006 to 2011. Following this, they attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2016, graduating with an Honours Degree in Business Economics.

In 2016, Steven enrolled at Tilburg University to pursue a premaster's degree in strategic management, which they completed in 2017. Steven then continued their studies at Tilburg University, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategic Management in 2018.

Apart from their formal education, Steven has also obtained additional certifications. In 2019, they earned a Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Additionally, they became a PEGA Certified Business Architect in June 2019, after completing a certification program offered by Pegasystems.
