Jeff Marsh

Jeff began his career with MaxYield in 1997 as agronomy team leader, as well as stints as location leader for the Mallard and Emmetsburg locations. He became operations leader in 2004, enjoying the diversity and challenge it brings.

Jeff started his career farming in 1972. He later attended Drake University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989, majoring in Finance and Insurance. His career before MaxYield took him to Central Iowa FS in Adel, Iowa for two years in agronomy sales/operations, five years with Lawn Hill Co-op in New Providence, Iowa as agronomy leader/sales, and one year as agronomy leader/sales for Farmers Co-op Society of Garner, Klemme, and Meservey. In 1994, he received his Certified Crop Advisor certification.

Jeff and his wife Jennifer have two daughters. Jeff enjoys running, mountain biking, canoeing the Boundary Waters, vacationing with family, and working on home projects. Jeff resides in Algona and is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and Noon Kiwanis.
