Jared Hooper

Jared Hooper is a seasoned Wine Director with extensive experience in both domestic and international wine sectors, having worked in prominent locations such as New York City, The Hamptons, Los Angeles, and Sonoma County. Previously, Jared held notable positions, including Lead Sommelier at Hakkasan Beverly Hills and Wine Director at Noir Food & Wine, where they contributed to award-winning wine programs. Currently, Jared serves as the Wine Director at Mayacama Golf Club and has received accolades, including the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. Jared also has a strong background in wine education, having taught at LearnAboutWine and written for Wine & Spirits Magazine. They earned a BA in English from Columbia University.
