Amit Kapoor

Amit Kapoor, MD MBA, is a physician executive focused on optimizing health, wellness and maximizing a physician's ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. They served as Chief Nephrology Officer at Strive Health from 2023 to 2025. They have been an Associate Professor of Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine since 2010. They have been a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2014. Their education includes a BA in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania (1993–1997), an MD from Temple University School of Medicine (1997–2001), completed Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (2001–2004), a Nephrology Residency at Temple University School of Medicine (2004–2006), and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Drexel University (2013–2015).
