Vipindas Chengat

Vipindas Chengat has held a variety of positions in the medical field since 2008. In 2008, they began their career as a Resident in Internal Medicine at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County. In 2011, they were an Academic Hospitalist at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. From 2012 to 2013, they held the same position at Wayne State University School of Medicine. In 2013, they returned to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare as an Academic Hospitalist. From 2014 to 2018, they held the position of Hospitalist at IPC Healthcare, Inc. (TeamHealth). In 2014, they also became a Board Member of Physician Cognition, Inc. and a Faculty/Internal Medicine Residency Program at SSM Health. In 2018, they became Core Faculty of the Mountain View Internal Medicine Residency Program at TeamHealth. Since 2019, they have been the Founder and Chairman, as well as the Chief Executive Officer, of MayaMD.AI.

Vipindas Chengat obtained their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Calicut in 1998-2004. Vipindas then completed a Post Graduate training in Internal Medicine at Madurai Medical College from 2005-2008. Vipindas then went on to complete their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from John H Stroger Jr hospital of Cook county in 2008-2011. Vipindas also holds certifications in ACLS and BLS.
