Ronald Dime is a seasoned legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in law and renewable energy. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Dime & Eviota Law Firm since January 2007, Ronald also co-founded Solana Renewable Energy Holdings in January 2024 and has held the position of Co-Founder and Chief Legal Counsel at MAYANI since October 2020. Additional roles include membership on the Board of Trustees for the Energy Lawyers Association of the Philippines and serving as a trained arbitrator at the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. Ronald's legal expertise is further demonstrated through involvement with the Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise and directorships at Senmax Investment Limited and various Astronergy entities since 2014. As a lecturer at Far Eastern University, Ronald imparts knowledge on remedial law, drawing from a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a law degree from the University of the Philippines.
