Our restaurant was opened in 2017 to offer plates that combine Turkish and Western European cuisines. It was established by people who specialize in both business and culinary in the field of gastronomy and continues to be managed in this way.

Mehmet Ali Yılmaz opened his first restaurant in Istanbul's Kadıköy district in 2017. Soon, this restaurant, where local people, travelers, families and friends began to be hosted, became known by everyone for its breakfasts. Meals prepared with fresh products, combined with deliciousness by Mehmet Ali Chef's hand; blended with its lively energy and infectious joy, it has made the restaurant a frequent destination for everyone. Diversity, equality, creativity became the motto of the MAY•BE team.
