Roman Atroshchenko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, business development, and team leadership. Beginning as a project manager at NGO "Enlightened initiative" from 2007 to 2010, Roman demonstrated strong fundraising skills by securing significant donations from NATO and effectively managing the development of team members.
