Tom Williams

Tom Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and sustainable practices. As Managing Director of Maydencroft Limited since 2007, Tom has led the company to become a market leader in creating and maintaining landscapes. In 2023, Tom founded the Green Skills Training Academy to provide training for careers in environmental conservation. Additionally, as Managing Partner at Maydencroft Manor Farm, Tom contributes to the family-run native breeds farm. Tom also established REVIVE Recycled Plastics Ltd. in 2020, focusing on the practical applications of recycled plastics, and serves as Managing Director of Shanahan Contracting Ltd., an accredited waste carrier. Previous roles include Operations Supervisor at Sentry Limited and Assistant to the Park Manager at The Royal Parks. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Management from the University of Reading.
