Michael Keithley

Michael Keithley has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Michael started their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they held managerial positions in Engineering Automation and End-User Computing. In 1991, they joined Creative Artists Agency as the CIO/CTO and stayed there for over two decades. During their tenure at CAA, they made significant contributions to the company's technological development. In 2015, they expanded their career into advisory roles and served on the advisory boards of Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, and Lightspeed Venture Partners, among others. In 2017, they became the CIO at United Talent Agency and continues to hold that position. Additionally, they have been involved in various industry organizations, such as being the Governing Body Chair at Evanta, a Gartner Company, and the Board Chair at Innovate@UCLA. In 2020, they joined GTM Capital as a Limited Partner.
