Ben Bailey

Ben Bailey has over three decades of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Ben began their career at Hutton Steel & Engineering as a General Laborer before moving on to East End Welding as a Machinist. After that, they joined Bardons & Oliver, where they held positions such as CNC Machinist, Production Expeditor, and Shipping/Receiving/Stockroom Manager.

Bailey then transitioned to Olson & Pugh Machine as a Project Manager for a year before returning to Bardons & Oliver as a Buyer. Ben steadily climbed the corporate ladder in the company, taking on roles such as Facilities/Outsourcing Manager, Manufacturing Process Manager, and Business Unit Manager for Contract Manufacturing.

In 2014, Bailey joined Mayfran International as an Applications Engineer and eventually took on the responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast. Ben then served as a Business Development Manager before being promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing. Currently, Bailey holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Mayfran International. Throughout their career, Bailey has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in sales, marketing, and manufacturing, as well as experience in project management, team management, and customer satisfaction.
