Michael Peak is currently a Preconstruction Manager at Maylim, having transitioned from an Assistant Estimator at Careys. They began their career as an Apprentice Planner on the Crossrail project before progressing through various roles, including Trainee Planner, Assistant Engineer, and Section Engineer at BAM Nuttall Ltd, where they gained extensive experience across numerous projects. Michael has worked on significant infrastructure projects, including the TFL Framework for Structures and Highways. They are currently involved in the refurbishment of tunnels at Heathrow.
