David Ferrell

David Ferrell is a Partner at Maynard Nexsen PC, specializing in civil litigation, professional liability defense, and various aspects of business law. They previously served as a Partner and Chair of the Raleigh Office at Vandeventer Black LLP from 2002 to 2017, where they focused on representing clients in construction, regulatory, and eminent domain matters. David began their legal career as an Attorney at Hafer, Caldwell & Ferrell, P.A. from 1996 to 2002, working in legislative representation and administrative law. They earned a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
