Benjamin Wright

Benjamin Wright is an Associate Professor at Mayo Clinic since July 2015, focusing on translational studies of food allergy and eosinophilic esophagitis. In addition to this role, Benjamin serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Previous experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where the focus was on animal and in vitro models of food allergy and novel immunotherapy, and a fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at Duke University Health System. Benjamin completed a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics and began the career in patient services at Canyon Pediatrics. Benjamin holds an M.D. from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Chemistry and Spanish from Arizona State University.
