Sofia Rubin

Sofia Rubin is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and psychotherapy. Currently serving as an EAP Counselor at Mayo Clinic since February 2025, Sofia focuses on providing supportive and solution-oriented guidance to employees facing personal and professional challenges. In addition, Sofia operates a private practice, offering telehealth psychotherapy tailored to individual needs. Previously, Sofia held key roles at the Women's Center of Jacksonville, including Coordinator of Counseling and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, where responsibilities included client care coordination, therapy for trauma survivors, and supervising staff and interns. Early career experiences include roles as a Mental Health Therapist at Florida Psychological Associates and various positions supporting clients with special needs. Sofia holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
