Avi Partush

Avi Partush is an experienced business operations professional currently serving as a BizOps Manager at Maytronics since January 2022, after previously holding the role of Business Operations Specialist. Prior to this, Avi was a Division Manager at RH Technologies from August 2020 to December 2021. Avi's extensive experience also includes over 12 years at Elbit Systems-Cyclone, where responsibilities included Head of Manufacturing Project Managers and PP&C as well as Program Manager, overseeing various program aspects to drive overall program success. Earlier in Avi's career, from April 2004 to March 2008, production management responsibilities were executed at L'Oreal Israel, managing around 100 employees and streamlining manufacturing processes using Lean methodology and KAIZEN. Avi holds an Engineer's degree from Ariel University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
