Basel Hussein

Basel Hussein has a strong background in embedded software engineering. Basel worked at Maytronics as an Embedded R&D Engineer, leading the BSP team. During their time there, they were responsible for board bring up and low-level driver implementation. Basel also took charge of source code, including conducting code reviews. Prior to that, they worked at Netcom Malam-Team International Ltd. as an Embedded Software Engineer. In their role, they contributed to software development projects. Earlier in their career, Basel was an R&D Embedded Engineer at MindoLife Innovation Ltd., where they worked on embedded engineering projects for two and a half years.

Basel Hussein obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Braude Academic College between 2011 and 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Software Engineering at the same institution, starting from 2020.
