Igor Grubman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and team leadership, currently serving as the Sustain Engineering Team Leader at Maytronics since August 2011. Igor leads a multidisciplinary team focused on improving mass production models and has also directed the design process for commercial robots. Prior to Maytronics, Igor worked as a Mechanical Engineer at NiliMedix from August 2008 to August 2011. Igor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership from Ruppin Academic Center (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (2002-2007).
