Michele Brooks

Director Customer Care

Michele Brooks serves as the Director of Customer Care at Maytronics since October 2019, having previously held the position of Customer Care Manager. Prior to this, Michele accumulated extensive experience at Manheim from April 2007 to February 2022, progressing through roles such as Client Care Operations Manager, Training Analyst, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Coordinator. In these roles, Michele demonstrated strong leadership by managing teams, designing and implementing training programs, conducting quality assurance assessments, and providing high-level support to numerous dealer customers. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Operations Management and Analysis from Ashford University.
