Ron Bandner

Ron Bandner is a seasoned system engineer with a strong background in defense and aerospace systems. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Maytronics since June 2020, Ron previously held positions at Elbit Systems Ltd, where expertise was developed in helmet-mounted systems and trackers tools. Ron's experience also includes a role at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems as a System Engineer. Early career accomplishments at Elbit Systems Ltd encompassed software development in R&D for various divisions, utilizing languages such as ADA and C. Ron holds a BSc in Nuclear Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Haifa.
