Sean Cope

Sean Cope is an accomplished e-commerce leader currently serving as General Manager of Global eCommerce at Maytronics since January 2016, with a progressive career trajectory including roles such as Senior Director and Director of eCommerce. With extensive experience in enhancing Amazon and Marketplace platform businesses, Sean has demonstrated a strong capability in managing SEO/SEM initiatives to optimize customer acquisition and reduce advertising costs. Prior to Maytronics, Sean worked as an Independent Consultant in the retail and swimming pool industry and served as Vice President of Regional Store Operations at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing a team that generated over $100 million in annual sales. Sean’s earlier experience includes serving as an Electrical Engineer in the U.S. Navy, and education was completed at San Diego State University between 1991 and 1996.
