Tomer Cohen

Tomer Cohen is a seasoned system engineer with extensive experience in system architecture, requirements management, and team leadership across various engineering domains. Currently employed at Maytronics since September 2021, Tomer previously served as a system engineer at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from 2008 to August 2021, where responsibilities included defining system operation logic, managing hardware and software aspects, and guiding engineering teams. Prior roles include leading electronics engineering teams on advanced military projects, oversight of integration work in systems engineering, and technical consulting for the Israeli Air Force, where Tomer also instructed on electronic warfare systems. Educational credentials include a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Holon Institute of Technology and a Practical Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amit-Amal College.
