Yasmin Budnik

Yasmin Budnik is an accomplished HRIS and organizational development specialist currently serving as an OD&L Partner at Maytronics since January 2022. With a strong focus on facilitating organizational growth through effective human resources practices, Yasmin has demonstrated expertise in managing HR systems, conducting surveys, implementing development programs, and optimizing budgets for learning initiatives. Prior roles include Project Leader at Taasiyeda from November 2015 to May 2020, where comprehensive project management and vendor negotiations were key responsibilities, and positions in educational and therapeutic settings, providing support to at-risk youth. Yasmin holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development Consulting from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College, along with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and a Teaching Certificate from Oranim Academic College.
