Gerald Tryhane

Gerald Tryhane serves as a Global Force Manager and Talent Acquisition professional at Mayvin® since May 2019, where responsibilities include developing strategic sourcing strategies for cleared technical professionals and efficiently presenting qualified candidates for various positions. Prior to Mayvin®, Gerald dedicated eight years to the U.S. Army, initially serving as Recruitment Director- First Sergeant, overseeing strength management, personnel readiness, and compliance with human resource regulations. Gerald also held roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Supervisor, successfully recruiting specialized individuals for the Department of Defense, screening thousands of applicants, and enhancing recruiting materials and processes for optimal efficiency.
