John Romney

John Romney has a diverse work experience ranging from real estate to entrepreneurship. John started their career in 1999 as a Field Representative at the U.S. Census Bureau. John then worked as an Apprentice at Appraisals For Florida from 2000 to 2002, and later as a Registered Trainee Appraiser at Appraisals Express from 2002 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a State Certified Residential Appraiser at Appraisal Enterprise, where they managed a team of appraisers and valuated over one billion dollars of residential real estate in Florida.

In 2006, John transitioned to become a Real Estate Investor at Property Collateral, where they worked until 2008. In 2018, they became the Managing Member at Romney Holdings, LLC. In 2015, they joined Franchise Creator as Vice President and Shareholder, and in 2021, they co-founded Mazall. John continued to pursue entrepreneurial ventures in the franchise industry, co-founding Combo Brands in 2022 and co-founding FranchiseListings.com in 2023.

John Romney attended Miami Dade College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an AA degree in Associate In Arts. From 2000 to 2003, they attended Gold Coast School Of Real Estate and obtained AB1, AB2, and AB3 degrees in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Appraisals. In 2015, John attended Codecademy to study HTML, CSS, and RUBY. Additionally, in 2013, they attended Sproutcamp to focus on entrepreneurship.
