They have been with Mazars since they joined as a stagiaire in 1982 and became an associate in 1988, gaining extensive experience in accounting and auditing with a focus on the public sector. With a background in financial consulting and a degree in Expert Comptable, Lionel has worked with numerous high-profile clients, including major industry leaders and public enterprises. They hold a DEA in Droit Fiscal from Université Paris - Val-de-Marne.
