Steve Abbott

Steve Abbott is currently the Office Managing Partner at Forvis Mazars in Manchester, where they oversee a local team of over 370 people. As a Tax Partner, Steve advises a variety of entrepreneurial businesses, including privately owned companies, private equity-backed companies, and smaller listed PLCs, assisting them in achieving their growth ambitions. Prior to their current role, Steve held the position of Tax Director at KPMG UK from 2013 to 2020 and served as Corporate Tax Senior Manager at KPMG from 1997 to 2013. Steve earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management from Nottingham University from 1993 to 1997.
