Michael Roach

Michael Roach has over 17 years of experience in software development. Michael began their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer at Veracross, where they were responsible for the specification, design, development, documentation, and maintenance of multi-tenant data applications. Michael also planned, set up, deployed, and maintained infrastructure to support applications. In 2014, they joined Datatel Electrical & Communications as a Lead Software Developer, where they streamlined data collection and reporting requirements for government broadband installation contracts. In 2016, they joined JungleCoders as a Web Developer, taking on projects from other developers and adding specification testing to ensure application quality. In 2017, they joined New Work SE as a Senior Software Engineer, where they maintained a back end Ruby microservice and extracted an API into a new Elixir application as a drop-in replacement. Michael also led and supported efforts to pay down technical debt and enhance logging and monitoring. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Mazepay A/S as a Lead Software Developer.

Michael Roach attended Masconomet Regional High School from 1999 to 2003.
