Mazor Group Limited is a holding company of the subsidiary companies principally engaged in construction activities, supply of aluminum fenestration systems and glass beneficiation in the Republic of South Africa. The Company operates through segments, including Steel, Aluminium and Glass. The Steel segment designs, supplies and erects structural steel frames. The Aluminium segment designs, manufactures and installs aluminum structures, such as doors, windows, shop fronts, facades and balustrades for construction groups, and also supplies aluminum fenestration systems. The Glass segment manufactures and distributes laminated, toughened safety glass and processed glass. The Company's construction projects include Portside, the 2010 Green Point Stadium, the Cape Town International Airport expansion, Century City Urban Square and the Westin Grand Hotel, and shopping centers, including the V&A Waterfront and Canal Walk.
