Leonardo Raposo

Leonardo Raposo has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Research Intern at STATO - Consulting. In 2005, they worked as a Recruiting Intern at Phoenix Search before becoming a Recruitment Assistant at Interlaken Executive Search. In 2006, they transitioned to Cadmus Soluções em TI, where they served as a Tech Recruiter and later as a Relationship Manager. In 2008, Leonardo joined Mazzatech Systems & Outsourcing as an Account Manager, and in 2013, they became a Co-Founder of the company. Leonardo'smost recent position at Mazzatech is as the Head of US Operations, which they have held since December 2019.

Leonardo Raposo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Centro Universitário Senac from 2009 to 2012. Leonardo also acquired additional certifications in 2020, including "Creative Spark: Grammar Girl, Changing Writing One Word at a Time" and "Own Your Voice: Improve Presentations and Executive Presence" from LinkedIn.
